Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
At www.mindsutra.com, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs with our flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately before your order is dispatched to avoid any inconvenience. To cancel an order, contact us directly at 011-49043166 or via email at mindsutra@gmail.com, providing your order ID, order amount, and product name. Our customer service team will assist you through the cancellation process.
Refund Policy:

Refunds for software products will be considered if all the following conditions are met:
- A- the refund request is made within 2 weeks of purchase;
- B- the software has not been activated on any computer; and
- C- the software could not be technically activated on the intended computer.

Software Refund Conditions:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. In cases of damaged or missing products, the return request must be filed within 2 days of delivery. Contact us at mindsutra@gmail.com for a replacement request. The buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense. Upon receiving and verifying the claim, a replacement or refund will be initiated. Note that delivery charges may apply for the replacement.
To initiate a replacement request, ensure the Order Number/Delivery Address is mentioned on the package before dispatch and keep the courier company's receipt for tracking purposes. The refund or replacement process will begin once we receive and verify the product against your claim.
- Note: www.mindsutra.com reserves the right to cancel the return request if the complaints regarding the quality and content of the products are determined to be fraudulent and unjustified.
